How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday are normally processed and dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.

Most mainland UK deliveries arrive on the next working day after dispatch. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote locations may take longer and additional delivery charges may apply.

Are your scaffold towers manufactured to EN 1004?

Where applicable, our mobile access towers are manufactured to comply with the relevant requirements of BS EN 1004, the recognised European standard for mobile access and working towers.

Please refer to the individual product specification for certification and compliance information relating to each product.

Are your products suitable for professional use?

Yes. Our range is supplied for use by trade, industrial, commercial and maintenance professionals.

We recommend that all access equipment is assembled, inspected and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and current working-at-height guidance. Where appropriate, users should receive suitable training before using mobile access towers.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your goods are damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, collection or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Do your products include assembly instructions?

Yes.

Where applicable, our products are supplied with assembly and safety instructions.

If you require a replacement copy of a product manual, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist.

Do you offer bespoke or custom products?

We may be able to accommodate certain bespoke or special-order requirements.

Is VAT included in your prices?

Prices displayed on our website clearly indicate whether VAT is included or excluded.

Where VAT applies, it will be calculated and shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
