At Leader Pro Ltd, trading as Leader Pro Scaffold Towers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from www.scaffold-tower.uk.

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. 30-Day Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible products.

You may request to return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused.

  • The item has not been assembled.

  • The item is in its original condition.

  • All original packaging is present.

  • All accessories, components and documentation are included.

  • The product is suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund where returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

2. Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise your right to cancel, simply contact us before the cancellation period expires.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Where required by law, we will refund:

  • the purchase price of the goods; and

  • the standard delivery charge paid when placing your order.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled goods.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The product(s) being returned

  • The reason for the return

Our team will normally respond within two working days with return instructions.

Please do not return goods without authorisation, as this may delay processing.

4. Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will normally be processed within five working days.

Refunds will always be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

Depending on your bank or card provider, cleared funds may take several additional working days to appear in your account.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • faulty,

  • incomplete,

  • or incorrect,

please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide photographs of the packaging and any damage to help us investigate.

This notification period helps us investigate delivery issues and does not affect your statutory rights.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • collection; or

  • a full refund,

at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning goods because:

  • you have changed your mind; or

  • you are exercising your cancellation rights,

you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Leader Pro Ltd will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return postage costs where appropriate.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order products.

  • Custom-manufactured products.

  • Goods altered to your specification.

  • Products that have been assembled, used or modified beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for an alternative item, please contact our customer service team.

Where possible, we will help arrange an exchange, although this may require the original order to be refunded and a new order placed.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
